Reshow Portable Cassette Player Tape Recorder Full Stereo Sound, Cassette to MP3 Digital Converter, Cassette Tape Player with Microphone & Built-in Speaker Reverse Recording to Tape (Black)
OK so I bought this product from Amazon on the 17th of August to replace my last tape to MP3 converter that somehow died a death in the interim years that it was sat idle. The full name for it is above, it doesn't exactly roll off the tongue but I guess that describes it's functions well enough!
I said most of what I wanted to mention about it in the video I made but I will go over it again here and add a couple of little additions. So the price is very reasonable, it seems pretty sturdy but looks a bit naff with it's clunky buttons and plastic feel and look, but I don't mind that at all, as long as it's functional for what I wanted, which is mainly to convert my old demo tapes to MP3. As you may see in the video there were a few teething problems but once I worked those out, thanks to asking my friend Co-Pilot AI it all went very easy but then I do have experience of using a similar item before. I don't think it's too hard to work out for an amateur, especially with the help of a Google search or AI. So far, so good I have converted 2 demos and the quality is fine. I haven't tried it's Walkman function or plugged it in to an alternate device to capture onto tape but I'm sure that should work just as well.
Yeah so this is just a lazy review really, I've not tested all it's functions but it does work fine for what I am using it for. Here's an Amazon link for the product if you want to pick one up.
I missed last week's show as I got a cold and couldn't get to my GF's house where my microphone and computer are so here is last week's show today!! Lots of awesome bands as ever, there is a link for each band below that you can follow them on.
August is upon us, another month, another show, another bunch of awesome tracks and bands for you to check out and fall in love with!! Over 3 hours and 36 bands, so much that there has to be something here that you'll really dig. Be sure to like the band's pages and show them some love.
Welcome back to another 50's hop, this month Catman has taken just under half the tracks from a 6 CD set showcasing the Mustang record label. There's the usual great mix of other 50's style tunes thrown into the mix as well. Hopefully you'll enjoy the show and come back next month for more of the same.
