Look at that picture! Doesn't that fire you up for a great metal show? Well here is that show, hit play and have a jolly good headbang you cheeky little scamps.
There is a place—a shadowy northern outpost—that dares to steal its name from the greatest city on Earth. A place with no Big Ben, no mighty Thames, no fog-drenched alleyways echoing with the footsteps of history. Instead, it offers strip malls, frozen parking lots, and a river so forgettable it might as well be a drainage ditch. This place is London, Ontario—the imposter London. The counterfeit capital. The city that looked at the majesty of Westminster and said, “Yeah, but what if it had more Tim Hortons?”
Legend has it that this false London is a realm of darkness and despair, where shrivelled rejects of humanity cower in earthen bunkers, hiding from the light and the shame of their stolen name. But beneath the frostbitten surface, something stirs. Music. Defiance. A strange, stubborn beauty. In this episode, we descend into the depths of the northern pretender—not to mock, but to understand. To hear the voices of those who dwell in the shadow of a name too grand for their skyline. This is Fake London Calling—and the truth is louder than you think.
Reshow Portable Cassette Player Tape Recorder Full Stereo Sound, Cassette to MP3 Digital Converter, Cassette Tape Player with Microphone & Built-in Speaker Reverse Recording to Tape (Black)
OK so I bought this product from Amazon on the 17th of August to replace my last tape to MP3 converter that somehow died a death in the interim years that it was sat idle. The full name for it is above, it doesn't exactly roll off the tongue but I guess that describes it's functions well enough!
I said most of what I wanted to mention about it in the video I made but I will go over it again here and add a couple of little additions. So the price is very reasonable, it seems pretty sturdy but looks a bit naff with it's clunky buttons and plastic feel and look, but I don't mind that at all, as long as it's functional for what I wanted, which is mainly to convert my old demo tapes to MP3. As you may see in the video there were a few teething problems but once I worked those out, thanks to asking my friend Co-Pilot AI it all went very easy but then I do have experience of using a similar item before. I don't think it's too hard to work out for an amateur, especially with the help of a Google search or AI. So far, so good I have converted 2 demos and the quality is fine. I haven't tried it's Walkman function or plugged it in to an alternate device to capture onto tape but I'm sure that should work just as well.
Yeah so this is just a lazy review really, I've not tested all it's functions but it does work fine for what I am using it for. Here's an Amazon link for the product if you want to pick one up.
