"Gigs these days are often package tours ran by agencies, sponsored by energy drinks and have overblown ticket prices, so we decided it was time for us to return to our grass routes and put on a show featuring a line-up of quality UK bands that work hard to do things for themselves, in an independently owned venue that genuinely supports underground, extreme music. Going one better than the ‘£3 entry with this flyer’ gigs we used to do in the late ‘90s, entrance to this show –like all shows at the Unicorn- will be totally free! All are welcome and we look forward to getting hammered with as many of you as possible!” -The Rotted
