We start this week with some Sludge/Doom Metal from Boston, Massachusetts Grovel, these guys started life in 2015 with the name Hooch, changing name earlier this year. They have two releases out just this year, the EP "Tomb Grooves"....

Then from Cape Town, South Africa we have ING, these guys play Death/Thrash, the name stands for Infiltrate, Neutralize, Govern. They have 2 full-length albums, an EP and a compilation in their catalogues.

Lastly this week we have some Instrumental Death Metal from solo artist Garrett Davis, his project Lord Demise started in 2017.
